IFBB (International Federation of BodyBuilders), INBF (International Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation), NPA (Natural Physique Association) and NANBF (North American Natural Bodybuilding Federation).
How to Get a Pro Card

In order to be an IFBB pro you need to earn a IFBB pro card, and in order to do that you need to win a regional weight class contest. When bodybuilders win or place highly in there division they get an invite for their country’s National Championships contest for that year! Winners of each weight class of the National Championships will go head to head to see who the overall champion is and the winner gets a pro card. Some federations offer pro card for each division so there can be more then one pro card. The NPC offers pro cars in Heavyweight and super heavyweight and in three different events such as The Nationals,The North American Championships, and The USA Championships contests.
So when you become a professional Bodybuilder which means you have received a pro card from the IFBB then you have earned the right to compete in competitions such as The Arnold Classic and The New York Pro. If going through these competitions usually earn them a spot to compete in the highest form of competition at the Mr. Olympia.
